School Campus Crimes

School and College campuses, be they private, public, or extracurricular, are the location where an assortment of crimes occur. School shootings are certainly the worst of it, and there are more: theft, robbery, sexual assault, rape, assault and battery, hate crimes, internet hacking and other internet crimes, underage drinking, DUI, illegal drug possession and sales, stalking, harassment, and so on.

My law practice offers aggressive and intelligent legal representation to Plaintiffs and Defendants in School Campus Crimes, including related matters of Criminal Defense, Civil Negligence and Tort Liability Lawsuits, Breach of Contract Litigation, Administrative Hearings, Arbitration, Mediation, Negotiation, Suspension and Expulsion Hearings, or Grievance Review Board Hearings.

I offer tenacious, thoughtful, and upstanding Education Attorney representation to individual clients, students, faculty, staff, and schools at all levels of education including primary school, secondary school, higher education, online education, and extracurricular programs. Whenever necessary and appropriate, my Education Law practice is eager to involve media professionals, expert witnesses such as Master Teachers and Therapists, Jury Selection Professionals, Private Investigators, and Audio-Visual Experts to bring cutting edge legal representation tools to clients’ cases so that I can offer them every possible advantage during the negotiations and litigation process.

“Detailed, Efficient and Excellent work attitude, Glad to have you be my attorney!”
