False allegations of rape, sexual assault, molestation, and other sex crimes are deeply embarrassing and threatening. I appreciate the tremendous life impact that a wrongful sex crime conviction will have on you. If you are convicted in California, for example, you may have to register for life as a sex offender under Megan’s Law, restricting your ability to live near schools and parks, and likely having a very negative impact on your career. In California, for example, “indecent exposure” is a Megan’s Law violation, which means that if you affront people in public by being partially or completely nude, you may have to register as a sex offender for life. The expansion of Megan’s Law is very controversial, especially in cases where a person may be nude on a secluded Santa Cruz beach or at a “hippy” party in Central Park or Golden Gate Park and may be charged with a misdemeanor or felony of indecent exposure. This law is simply one example of how several sex crime violations have at their basis very questionable legal parameters that cause a slippery slope effect.

“This letter is to let all know that Ali is the best lawyer I’ve ever had the pleasure to know. Ali is very aggressive and down right knows his job. The way that Ali performs his job is at an excellent skill level. Ali has been great at keeping me informed every step of the way giving me the best advice time and time again. Should you ever have to retain him it would be in your best interest to do so. Ali has a great way of letting it be known he is a fighter and will fight for you. This man is a great lawyer and devotes himself full-heartedly. Ali is very good at making things simplistic for clients which was great for me. I guess what I am saying is Ali is all around the best at what he does and I’ve been more than happy with all the great work he has done for me. Thank you so much Ali Ebrahimzadeh.”

I understand that simply because you have been charged with a sex crime does not mean you are actually guilty. False allegations of such crimes are rampant, and of course, police misconduct during your arrest and interrogation are frequent bases to challenge such false charges against you. I strive eagerly to not allow Constitutional Rights to be forgotten, and where appropriate I would press forward with Civil Rights lawsuits against the police if they are liable for Police Brutality, invasion of privacy, or defamation. I am adamant about punishing false accusers as well, similarly by bringing civil lawsuits against them for slander, libel, and malicious prosecution.

I am serious about criminal defense representation. I will work aggressively for your defense, and I am eager to carefully select forensic specialists, DNA analysts, psychological experts, private investigators, technology consultants, public relations and media management professionals, and jury consultants to assist me in mounting the most aggressive case to protect you from a conviction, as well as from any related civil cases seeking monetary damages that may very well be brought against you after the criminal case is completed.
